While attuned to this book, the number of experimental elixirs you create at the end of a long rest increases by one, and when crafting a potion you can do it in half the time.
Flavor stuff: This tome is full of various alchemy related things, such as a long list of ingredients from mugwort to Gremishka tails and what they can be used in, a two-page illustration depicting a large and complicated chemistry set, and a section full of little bits of sage advice on alchemy. If you reach your hand towards an illustration of an ingredient, a copy of that ingredient can be magically pulled out of the book. Then, if you flip to the chemistry set illustration, you can place ingredients inside it, transforming them into ink on the page, as you use the chemistry set to create whatever potion you know how. When you're done and the potion is in the drawing of a vial, you can pull out a copy of that vial with the potion in it. The vial disappears when the potion is drunk, and the ingredients disappear if you don't use them in a potion withing 10 minutes.
