Radiant Damage: When activated, the item unleashes a 30ft cone of pure radiant energy that deals damage to both friends and undead within 20-foot.

As an action, the wielder can unfurl the scroll and speak the mysterious incantation. All enemies in the area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take [roll]4d6+2[/roll] radiant damage. 

Amplified Damage: If the wielder succeeds on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, the damage increases to[roll]8d6+8[/roll]
