A pair of non-magical tinted goggles that negates a disadvantage to attacks in sunlight (or bright light) for those who have that penalty. The goggles do not eliminate a disadvantage to perception checks.  The goggles do not negate the penalty for ranged attacks beyond 60'.  The goggles do not negate penalties acquired from spells that cause this disadvantage.
