Smoking this tobacco induces vivid dreams and heightened senses.  For the next hour, the smoker can cast Detect Magic and Commune with Nature at will, gaining insight into the magical currents of the world.  They also have the ability to see into the Ethereal plane for 10 minutes, allowing them to see ghosts and spirits in the area.  The smokers dreams during this time will also give prophetic visions, though the interpretations can be cryptic.
