An exquisite ring of divine perfection, several of which were crafted by the God of Fortune to be passed down to whoever Lady Luck so happens to bless. Though the ring itself looks plain, it is crafted using Holominium as its base, a pure white sheen adorning its glossy exterior. 3 shooting stars, each inlaid with a shining diamond, can be found on the face of ring, symbolling the ring's current power. Each lit shooting star and diamond symbolizes that a Wish can be used, and it will become dim when the Wish has been used on that specific diamond.

This ring grants the user access to the Wish spell 3 times, which recharges once a month. If the Ring runs out of Wishes entirely, it will become dormant for a year before reawakening at 3 Wishes. DM discretion for recharging it faster from dormant state.

When active, this ring can be recharged faster though the following methods:

• Azura's Star, which efficiently takes the essence of life from monsters and foes alike who are killed by the party to recharge and repair magic items. 100,000 EXP of monsters required.
• If the Star is unavailable, 150,000 EXP can be gathered from monsters to recharge 1 Wish (1 CR 30 Monster).
• Copious amounts of magical energy can be injected into the ring, which must be equivalent to a Wish spell.
• Someone must cast Wish on it, which only counts as spell replication and does not cripple the caster for a period of time (DM decides if the caster charges for the Wish).
