Properties:

• Once attuned, the wearer gains the following abilities:
  • Systems Favor. The wearer gains a +1 bonus to Spell attack rolls
  • Minor Empowerment. The wearer can cast guidance or thaumaturgy at will. Additionally, they can cast mass cure wounds once per long rest.
  • Insightful Observer. The wearer has advantage on Intelligence (Arcana) checks while wearing the bracers.
• Villain's Boon:
  • The wearer gains an additional action on their turn (usable once per short rest) and resistance to all damage types for 1 minute (usable once per long rest).
  • While attuned to the bracers, the wearer feels an insidious pull toward selfish, destructive actions.
  • They have disadvantage on saving throws to resist charm effects.
