you can inundate a target, within line of sight as an attack using your wisdom modifier,   with targeted and specific information, the target must make a dc con save equal to 10+ your spell casting modifier. If they fail, the target becomes incapacitated for a round and they take 2d12 psychic damage, if they succeed, they only take 1d6 psychic damage
