As an action, you target a creature within 30 feet and attempt to trap them in a sphere of water. The creature must succeed on a Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution saving throw (their choice) with a DC equal to 8 + your Charisma modifier. On a success, the action fails.On a failure, the creature is surrounded by a 10-foot-radius sphere of water that follows them as they move. While trapped, the creature cannot attack or target anything outside the sphere except the sphere itself, which has 2d12 hit points. Hitscan attacks ignore this restriction. The sphere disappears at the start of your next turn or when it is destroyed.
