As an action, you target a creature within 30 feet and attempt to trap them in a sphere of water. The creature must succeed on a Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution saving throw (their choice) with a DC equal to 10 + your Charisma modifier. On a success, the action fails.On a failure, the creature is surrounded by a 10-foot-radius sphere of water that follows them as they move. While trapped, the creature cannot attack or target anything outside the sphere except the sphere itself, which has 2d20+4 hit points. Hitscan attacks ignore this restriction. The sphere disappears at the start of your next turn or when it is destroyed.
