Zealot's Resolve is a set of faith militant armor modified by aspirant Xylaris Nesdrith. As it was forged and strengthened, Xylaris's burgeoning magic wormed its way into the chain mail set. It gained minor abilities reflective of his faith in Ludociel, the king of the gods and rightful lord of Jugdral.
Righteous Fury. While attuned to this armor set, you and allies within 30 feet of you have advantage on saving throws against being Frightened, but you have disadvantage on Charisma (Deception) checks.
Solemn Blade. Once per round, when a creature misses you with a melee attack on its turn, you can use a free action to mark that creature as the recipient of your retribution. If you do, until the end of your next turn, you deal an extra 1d6 radiant damage to the it whenever you hit it with a melee attack, but you cannot attack other creatures.
Ludociel's Hand. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a Melee weapon or Unarmed strike, you can use your Bonus Action to cast Compelled Duel without expending a spell slot. If you do, while concentrating on that spell, you gain Truesight out to a range of 120 feet, but you cannot see anything not already visible to you before, except involving the target of that spell. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for that spell.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
Notes: Xylaris Nesdrith "Glacial Blade", Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
