Often in the form of loose fine white powder, this dangerously addictive drug is common alongside other trafficked and illegal consumables. Its production and origins are unknown, yet its enigmatic persona tempts more than lowly rogues. Consuming viceroy results often in confident behavior, palpitations, and symptoms of paranoia. A creature under the effects of viceroy gain advantage on all D20 Tests for 1 hour.

If still under the effects by the end of the duration, the consumer takes 2d6 psychic damage. They also take an additional 1d6 psychic damage per each successful D20 Test they made before the end of the duration. The creature may attempt to end the effect on itself, escaping the psychic damage, although doing so successfully requires a DC 8 Constitution saving throw. Per each successful D20 Test made before the end of the duration the drug's effect increases the DC by 1.
