Weapon (spear), artifact

Dragon's Fury: The Thunderfang Spear is forged from the bones and scales of a powerful storm dragon. Once per long rest, when you hit a creature with the spear, you can activate Dragon's Fury to unleash a burst of lightning. The target and all creatures (including allies) within 30ft of it must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Storm’s Edge: The spear crackles with raw electrical energy. Upon a Nat 20 creatures hit with the Thunderfang Spear are stunned until the end of your next turn as they are overwhelmed by the electric force.

Thunderous Throw: When you throw the Thunderfang Spear, it creates a sonic boom. On a hit, hostile creatures within 30ft of the target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be deafened for 1 minute. This feature can be used once per short or long rest.

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
