Once mastered, this wonderous sling shot fires a pebble sized object both silently and accurately up to 100 feet.  It must be equipped to use.  It cannot be used as a weapon rather it was designed and built by a master artificer and thief in order to mark targets surreptitiously from a ranged stealthy position.
