The mask seems to murmur when held.

Requires Attunement - On a critical fail attempt, user becomes bombarded with incomprehensible whispers and a putrid stench that overwhelmed their senses and thoughts.

On successful attunement, user gains Mind Reader condition: The wearer can cast "Detect Thoughts" at will.  After each use, the wearer must roll a 1d10, on a failed roll, wearer experiences phycological attacks from the mask as the mask begins whispering directly into the wearers mind.
