The Zeitgeist can be attached to any piece of metal armor

An attuned creature wearing the Zeitgeist may fire a sphere of chrono-energy and create a 10ft time bubble for 3 rounds. Anything within the time bubble experiences the true power of time and takes 2d6 lightning and 1d8 cold damage any time it starts its turn in or enters the time bubble.

The time bubble is treated as difficult terrain and creatures within the bubble must succeed a DC18 CON save or immediately end their turn whenever they enter or start their turn in the bubble
