You gain a +2 bonus to Armor Class and saving throws while you wear this cloak. 

As an action charges can be activated granting the following effects:

Keen smell and hearing (1 charge) - advantage on perception checks relying on smell or hearing for 4 hours

Pack Tactics (3 charges) - on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated for 1 hour

Soft Step (2 charges) - the wearer's steps are softened giving them advantage on stealth check and ignoring any debilitations on stealth from armor. Duration 4 hours

Wild Shape (5 charges) - the wearer is able to transform into a Dire Wolf gaining all their stats and hit points for 8 hours or until dropped to 0HP
