This magical weapon once belonged to the Bard Sona. When it moves through air it makes rhythmic sounds.

- Whilst wielding this weapon, your base movement speed increases by 10 feet.

- This weapon has 4 charges which can be used to cast the "Healing Word" Spell as a bonus action. At dawn it regains 1d4 charges.

- As an action you can force a creature to roll a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. If it fails, the creature magically levitates 10 ft upwards and cannot move unless it pushes off other things (20ft movement) or throws an item it is carrying (5ft movement + 5x STR modifier ft movement). This levitation lasts for 1 minute and the creature can make a saving throw at the end of it's turn to end the effect early. You can use this feature once per long rest.

This item cannot be destroyed unless it is submerged in potent acid for 24 hours, is targeted by a "Disintegrate" spell at eight level or higher or is wished out of existence.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
