It has 10 charges/ While holding it you an take a magic action to expend 2 charge from the staff and cause it to create one of the following sounds, which can be heard for 120ft: A finch's chirp, a ravens caw, a ducks quack, a chickens cluck, a goose's honk, a loons call, A turkey's gobble, a seagull's cry, an owls hoot, and an hawk's shriek.

This staff can be wielded as a magic Quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with it.
