This item is comprised of two solidly joined circular domed discs with a string tied betwixed them. As a bonus action a player can tie the string to a finger. When thrown with enough force and spin, the discs will extend up to 10 feet and then return, if unimpeded. If impeded, the string can be wrapped back around the discs as a bonus action.
As an action, the item can be thrown at an enemy and does one D4+1 damage with a range of 20 feet. Twice a day, if aimed at an enemies hand, while holding an item in that hand, the enemy must save on a Dexterity saving throw of 14 or drop the held item.
Alternatively, if the discs are turned in opposite directions (as a bonus action) a slight humming sound is heard. As an action, the user can throw the end of the device and it will wrap around a thin horizontal cylindrical item (such as a branch) and the user can be lowered or raised up to 50 feet.
Proficiency with a Light Hammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
