Weapon (longsword), legendary

The Xeno Slayer is a legendary Longsword forged by the Dwarven Smiths of Sancta Gloria.  The adamantine blade was quenched with the blood of a Mind Flayer which was killed in the Temple Of The Fallen Star.

The sword is +5 to hit and damage against Aberrations, Celestials, Fey, Fiends and Undead.  +2 against all others.

Upon a hit it does an additional 3d6 Psychic damage.  Double against Aberrations, Celestials, Fey, Fiends and Undead.

The battle was over. The air still crackled with residual energy from the Mind Flayer’s eldritch abilities, the scent of burned flesh and arcane ozone lingering in the cavernous chamber. Around him, The Raven’s companions reveled in their hard-fought victory, catching their breath, exchanging words of relief, exhaustion, and triumph. But he did not celebrate. His sharp, calculating gaze remained fixed on the creature’s twisted, lifeless form sprawled across the cold stone floor.

Its once-writhing tentacles now lay limp, like withered vines stripped of vitality. Its smooth, grayish-purple skin, slick with an unnatural sheen, seemed to glisten even in death. Though its expression was frozen in its final moment of agony, its vacant, glassy eyes still emanated an eerie sense of malevolence. The Raven crouched beside the corpse, reaching out a gloved hand to touch the creature’s forehead. Cold. Even in death, it exuded a strange, lingering power.

He reached into a pouch at his belt and retrieved a set of small glass vials, their corked tops designed to keep even the most volatile substances secure. With precision, he pressed a dagger against the Mind Flayer’s flesh, puncturing a vein along its pallid arm. Dark, viscous blood oozed forth, thick and slow like tar. The liquid shimmered unnaturally, holding an iridescent gleam that suggested magical potency. Carefully, he collected the essence into the vials, sealing them tightly before tucking them away. Such a thing could prove useful—or dangerous. Either way, the Church would want to study it.
