This spur is the talon of a grateful Ancient Red Dragon. The spirit of the Wyvern remained inside as an entity known as the Guardian. The spur has 4 charges. While in possession of this spur, you can use your action to expend 4 charges to cast polymorph on a willing creature that you can see, transforming that creature into a Young Red Dragon with any alignment for 1 minute. Concentration is not needed to maintain the spell. While you are in the form of the dragon, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. If the spur becomes destroyed or taken more than 1 mile away from the creature, that creature reverts to its normal form. Additionally, you can expend 2 charges to cast Charm Monster with advantage on any dragon type creature. The spur regains 1d4+1 expended charges daily at dawn.
