The Thermo-Gloves are both hot and cold, while equipped you can choose either to add +2 cold or +2 fire damage to your unarmed attacks. Red glove: as a touch action you can ignite flammable material. Blue gloves: you can freeze a 10 feet cube of water as long as there are no creatures inside if 1 hour has passed it unfreezes or if more water is frozen. 2/day Steam cloud - clap the gloves together and create a 20 foot sphere of steam centered on you, all creatures in it suffer 2 fire damage and roll a DC 14 strength save or be knocked prone. the steam cloud obscures the area for 10 minutes though a moderate to strong wind can disperse it.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
