Forged in the heart of a dying star and etched with runes stolen from a forgotten titan god, these brutal gauntlets channel raw, earth-shattering force. When worn, they resonate with every heartbeat, as if syncing with the rhythm of war itself.
While wearing the Titan Gauntlets, you gain the following benefits:
1. Colossal Might
Your melee weapon attacks deal an additional 1d6 damage. Your unarmed strikes deal 1d8 + your Strength modifier.
While raging, the bonus damage increases to 1d8 instead of 1d6.
2. Thunderclap Slam (3 Charges)
As an action, you slam the gauntlets into the ground or against each other, unleashing a deafening shockwave. All creatures within a 20-foot radius of you must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw.
-
On a failed save, they take 4d10 thunder damage and are knocked back 10 feet.
-
On a successful save, they take half damage and remain in place.
Creatures that fail the save by 5 or more are also deafened for 1 minute.
The gauntlets have 3 charges. All expended charges are regained at the end of a long rest. When a charge is spent, the runes on the gauntlets glow white-hot and emit a low, thunderous hum, like distant war drums echoing across the sky.
Additional Properties:
-
The gauntlets count as magical for overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks.
-
You have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to grapple or shove.
