If I was your DM I would say no, because when you do wildshape you are using a limited factor of your class you can only which it be either twice or using spell slots with circle of the Moon. If you were to Wild shape and use your racial feature to "shape-shift" again (which already seems off because you are no longer a changeling you're an animal) giving you technically infinite wild shape potential which is pretty game-breaking and available at 20th level druid.
Or if I'm completely overanalyzing and you just mean to be a giant badger with pink polkadots, then I'd see no issue with it. But I'd think your wild shape would already give you that capability.
