If you're still looking for a player - I'd be happy to join up. It sounds like you've got quite a bit of interest already, but if you're still looking I'm at docmacros#4607
I've been playing 5e for a years (I've played a bard, a rogue, a paladin, a warlock, cleric, wizard and an artificer, too - also as a DM) - just looking for a new weekend game to replace the one that died out.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: A Few Years (Player & DM) Location/Timezone: Seattle, WA / US Pacific (PST) Availability: Weekends (Saturday / Sunday) - Looking for a Weekend Game to join in (monthly / twice-monthly) Preferred role: Player Game style: Casual game; Not particularly concerned with the RP / Combat split - just looking for a game to try out an Artificer or Rogue PC
I DM a group of friends on Fridays, but I'm looking for an opportunity to run my own PC in someone else's game. I'm not a serious / hardcore DM and I like to just have fun, but I'm pretty flexible on how others run their games and I'm just happy to join in (I've played a Bard and a Warlock both up to 6th level and had a little bit of time running a Rogue, but never really got to use him). I like playing smart / charismatic skill-monkey PCs who are absent-minded professor archetypes or smart-asses (redeemable morally light grey PCs). I'm a pretty easy-going player / person. If this helps - my DnD Podcasts choices are NADDPod, Dimension20, Dice Paper Roll, Swords N Monsters and Dice Populi; I like story-driven games but I like jokes / silliness and don't mind playing the fool or butt of a joke and would find players who're in a similar mindset.
Thanks for reading!
PS - I don't post much, I usually just lurk the forums.
Experience with 5e: Off / On playing in home games as player and DM (PCs up to level 6) for approx. 8-10 months (2 years with lots of breaks in between) Experience with roleplay in general: D&D 5e (see above) Time Zone: PST (so 7pm EST = 4pm PST, excellent) Your Game Style/Interests: RP/Combat/Exploration in equal measure Race/Class you would like to play: Half-Elf or Wood Elf, Bard / Rogue (prefer CHA / DEX builds), i.e., College of Lore Bard or Swashbuckler Rogue or a DEX / INT build (Halfling Investigator Rogue)
