Hello my name is Xibones i have been DMing for five years now, most of that time has been homebrew 5th edition and that is what i have narrowed in on, currently i'm working on my own homebrew world in which i have four different games going on, what happens in this games can make dents or marks in to the world so its a fully responcive world.
Now aside from my homebrew i tend to be a nicer DM sometimes correcting mistakes on the fly if they happen such as an enemy that does too much damage or pulling enemies a bit closer if i forgot about the party's speed, but this doesn't mean that players and npcs don't die they will but that is where the players come in, in my opinion the players should be free to try and do what ever they want as long as it makes sense.
You have been convicted of murder and what you have done was atrocious enough that you have been sent to the slaughter, now most of the time this just means you'll make good friends with the sharp side of an axe... But you, my friend, just so happen to have an opportunity you can either be executed or be sent to a branch of a faction known as the blood inquisition, now you will be warned this is no common branch of the blood inquisition, no this is the one who sits in a far of continent that is battered by the cold, where pillaging and raiding happens every day and the only people that can put order into this far of land is the blood inquisition. Being in a place where you have to choose between death or certain death you choose death, so now you join the blood inquisition of this mysterious land, oh and I hear you ask what is the name of this far of land well the name is the Vast Whites or in the giant tongue Adhbhalgeal. Now you must face the land of cold and its people, will you pay them in kind and be a brut or will you show them the kindness that will be up to you?
you will use Avrae bots in discord for all rolls you will need a d&d beyond character sheet and a roll20 account for the battle screen you will need a character token for your character for the battles. you will also need to have a working mic a working webcam (optional)
Gameplay details
This adventure will mostly be played via Theater of the Mind with the exception of combat, in which roll20 will be used. we will use X cards typed privately in chat. Violence/Gore/Extortion/and about anything you can expect from a Viking-filled war-thorn land. I'm a pretty agreeable person but if you bully anyone at the table or attempt to pursue anyone that is playing at my table against their best wishes I will have to ask you to leave. If breaking this one rule is the reason why you are leaving then refunds are not eligible
How will character creation work
you can create a character for the game or bring one that you have already created and the details will be discussed in session zero (or beforehand in the discord server if you prefer). The discord server link will be sent to you when you have been accepted in. For Ability Scores you must roll 4d6s and drop the lowest, this will be done in Discord with Avrae bot. When it comes to character creation I'm free to help at any point via Discord.

The Coiled Smolders 0/6 players (Paid: $15/session) Mondays 5PM EST you and your fellow man and woman will not be oppressed by the so called great emperor Amago Hideyuki he has kept this belief that humans are pure and that half breeds are a monstrosity, many of times have you and your people seen men, women, elderly and children killed for being a half breed or have seen the tyranny of the emperor and his samurai as they forceably have asimilated all races of the caldera isles and have forced all under the belief of the twin goddesses, and unless you are born into one of the four royal races you will always be a peasant... well no more!!! if you are reading this you have been deemed trustworthy of the Suhai Clan, join the good fight no mathe if you fight in the shadows or in the light with spell or with a sharp tongue. At three am. you must find the secret path under the statue of the emperor be warned you will find others who have accepted our request, if you attempt to share this with the samurai you will not survive to see another day
both of these adventures have a max of six players and the session zero will be free as we'll just be building characters and you will be free to ask me any question you may want to ask about the world you joinig in, oh and if you are wandering yeah this are two modular setting that i made in my free time in
Now the important stuff that you should know as a player about me as a DM, i have been DMing for about 4 years (it's always been 5th edition), sometimes i tend to be nicer towards the players but if you die you die same for pets or npcs that the party really loves for no reason, you wanna get them back well good luck i wont stop you if you wanna do that too, as you may have guesed i love to give my party a lot of freedom
