Actions
Multiattack. The scorpion makes two Claw attacks and one Sting attack.
Claw. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) Bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 13) from one of two claws.
Sting. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) Piercing damage plus 11 (2d10) Poison damage.
The Giant Scorpion. A scorpion, but bigger. Now make it Gargantuan.
Strength score was increased from 15 to 16, raising the modifier from +2 to +3.
The Claw's effect is changed. It used to be able to grapple anything with its claws. Now, it can only grapple Large or smaller creatures. Sting is also changed. It used to be a DC 12 Constitution save against 22(4d10) poison, now it automatically does 11(2d10) poison.
This version is fine, but there's the fusion to consider.
Fusion time! Change the attack rolls back to the original dice rolls, which would change the Claw's damage to 7(1d8+3) bludgeoning and the Sting's damage to 8(1d10+3) piercing. Also change the Sting's poison damage back to the saving throw against 22(4d10) poison, or just increase the poison damage to 22.
