Update on the Shipment of The Deck of Many Things Set

We learned that some North American customers who ordered The Deck of Many Things set from third-party vendors are receiving damaged copies. Though we requested vendors such as Amazon to return all damaged products to us in December, it appears that not all copies were returned, and some orders were fulfilled with damaged products. We apologize for this oversight.

We have been working with our third-party vendors to correct this and have determined that replacement through us is the best method. To receive your replacement decks:

  • Use this link to visit Dungeons & Dragons customer support.
  • Choose "Sign In" and either create a Wizards Account or use an existing Wizards Account to sign in. (Once you’ve created your account, use the link in Step 1 to proceed.)
  • Under "Product Replacement," choose "Web Ticket Available 24/7"
  • Submit your name, Amazon order number, and the address where you'd like to receive your replacement. You can find your order number under "My Orders" on Amazon.
  • Choose "Submit."

You will also receive an email from your vendor of purchase with the same instructions.

Examples of the original damaged packaging and updated product packaging can be seen below. The cards in your replacement product should be wrapped in cellophane rather than paper bands.
