What to Expect in Vecna: Eve of Ruin
This 256-page book contains everything you need to run a desperate, plane-hopping race against time for high-level adventurers. Who Is Vecna?
Vecna is the biggest, baddest news. There’s a reason he’s called the Whispered One; he’s so evil that even saying his name could direct his attention toward you, which is a death sentence for most people.
The lich’s tale began in the first edition of D&D as a pair of magic items—the Eye and Hand of Vecna. Since then, his dark conquests across Oerth and the multiverse have been unveiled in ever more daunting detail.
Achieving immortality through lichdom, Vecna built a vast empire, only to be betrayed by this regent, Kas. During the battle that followed Kas' attempt to usurp his master, he was thrown across the multiverse and landed in the Domain of Dread known as Tovag. Vecna survived Kas’ betrayal but lost his left eye and hand in the conflict.
The lich has since continued his plight for power and immortality across the multiverse, eventually accomplishing his goal of ascending to godhood. Now, Vecna seeks to fulfill an even loftier ambition: to rule over all the multiverse.

Sigh. I was hoping that this adventure will kinda give us more interactions with the legends from... Forgotten Realms. It would appear that it is not what I was looking for :T

I was wondering about that as well. As far as previously established lore goes, this should be impossible. I wonder if there's going to be a plot point of breaking this barrier, or if they're just going to ret-con it for use in this campaign.
Either way, I'm looking forward to some new Eberron content, even if it's just a subsection of an adventure; It's my favorite setting, and I am quite sad there's no official campaign there.

Great to see a higher level campaign, sometimes it feels like level 10+ characters get forgotten. I'll be grabbing this one for sure.
Worked on a campaign similar to this after my group finished LMoP The 12-20 campaign had them go against the working of Vecna though it only has you traveling to 2 realms. Having to go all over the place seems like too much. Will need to give it a read to see how it flows.

We had a whole adventure about redeeming certain Archdevil only for it to go nowhere and everything returning to status quo.

The “Dream of the Blue Veil” spell already provided a method of teleporting between settings into Eberron (which was a specifically mentioned example in the spell as a potential location)
