You perform a magical hand gesture and touch the ground at your feet. A magical circle appears in a 10 foot radius centered on you for one minute. Each elemental, fey, fiend, or undead creature that starts it's turn inside the circle or enters the circle for the first time, must make a WIS saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature has it's speed reduced by 15 feet, and has disadvantage on all opportunity attacks, and all opportunity attacks made against the creature are made with advantage. These effects last until the start of the creatures next turn.
