You touch a willing creature. The target gains a flying speed of 60 feet for the duration. When the spell ends, the target falls if it is still aloft, unless it can stop the fall.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
* - (a wing feather from any bird)
This spell does require concentration. That's what the little "C" in a black diamond icon next to the duration means.
While I'm in the air I have advantage, do you have attack rolls? If so where can I find it in the manual.
For Fly, as for any concentration spell, the caster needs to concentrate.
You don't get advantage for 'being in the air', and I think you're asking whether you can still attack? If so, you can. If you're asking whether you get advantage on the attack, you don't.
Also you can find the Basic Rules (2014, not the new garbage) in the Sources tab, you can find the rules for attacking in chapter 9: combat, under 'making an attack'.
In general, you get advantage on your attack if the target cannot see you (if you were hidden, invisible, etc), if you are flanking the target with another ally, if the target is restrained/stunned/paralysed/unconscious or if a spell/effect explicitly states that it gives you advantage.
