A target you can see within range becomes affected by cartoon physics, incurring a number of debuffs.
The target must make a constitution save. On a fail, they are subject to the following effects:
Their speed is reduced by 10 as they have to power up their run before they start going.
Whenever they are subject to an opportunity attack, whether the attack hits or not they must make a DEX save for the spell DC or slip (with sound effects) and fall prone.
You can spend a bonus action to drop an anvil on their head. They make a DEX saving throw, with disadvantage because they are staring at it. On a fail they take 8d6 force damage, or half on a successful save.
Any melee attack against them that is a critical hit makes a POW noise and pushes them back five feet.
They must wind up all their melee attacks, preventing them from doing more than one on their turn.
