You mix silver dust and quicksilver to create a restoring balm. When it is applied to an unconscious creature, it regains consciousness for 5 rounds or until they regain Hitpoints. If they do not regain Hitpoints by the time the spell ends, they collapse and instantly fail one Death Saving Throw. The same happens if they take damage equal or greater than the average of one of their Hit Dice.
