You touch up to a paragraph of text to cause it to glow. When you remove whatever appendage you used to touch the text, it will glow dim light in a 15ft radius around it. Anyone within the light can read the text, even if it is in a language they don’t know. The only stipulation is that they must speak and/or read at least one language.
