Utility
You create up to four torch-size lights within range, making them appear as torches, lanterns, or glowing orbs that hover for the duration. Alternatively, you combine the four lights into one glowing Medium form that is vaguely humanlike. Whichever form you choose, each light sheds Dim Light in a 10-foot radius.
As a Bonus Action, you can move the lights up to 60 feet to a space within range. A light must be within 20 feet of another light created by this spell, and a light vanishes if it exceeds the spell’s range.

Does drow automatically get this?
Yes.
In the 2024 rules they've removed the concept of "subraces", but there is still a Drow option for the "Elven Lineage" feature that the Elf species has, and it does provide this spell.

The fact that this is still Concentration is just wild to me.
The only advantage I can see that this spell offers over Light is that you can cast it from range to somewhere you can't see to illuminate an enemy. They can't see you as you can remain in darkness.
But that's still situational and it requires your concentration.
I know this was a while ago, but my understanding is that the original intent of this spell was to distract enemies, hence the longer range and the ability to make it look like torches and lanterns. I think it's a bummer that it has a verbal component if that is the case, but that makes the existence of both this and Light feel less redundant to me. Still situational, though.
