Summons powerful winds around the caster, propelling them and all creatures of medium or smaller size within a 10 ft. radius 15 feet into the air and forming a vertical wind current. All creatures within a 10 ft. radius of the caster must make a wisdom saving throw, taking 2d6 + your spellcasting modifier Slashing (Anemo) damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save. Creatures will slowly fall for 1 round after being lifted in the air. While falling, creatures (other than caster) will be knocked prone and unable to use any movement speed/actions/reactions/bonus actions. No fall damage will be dealt to creatures lifted into the air with this spell. After the spell is used, it will leave a vertical wind current at the location of the caster for 5 minutes. Creatures can use this wind current to move 15 feet into the air; while in the air, they cannot use any walking or burrowing speed, but can drop down slowly (with no fall damage) at any point, and can otherwise act as normal. (references to Anemo in damage type are only applicable in campaigns that use the Genshin Impact element system)
This spell can be cast with an action in combat, or as a 1 minute ritual outside of combat.
At higher levels: When this spell is casted at 3rd level or above, it will deal an aditional 1d6 damage per level above 2nd, and the wind current will last an additional minute per level above 2nd.
