You cause bones to appear and take form. You conjure two Skeletons (or less if desired) to appear in unoccupied spaces you can see within range.
The summoned skeletons are friendly to you and your companions. Roll initiative for the summoned skeletons as a group, which has its own turns. The skeletons share all languages you know but they cannot speak and they obey any verbal commands that you issue to them (no action required by you). If you don't issue any commands to them, they defend themselves from hostile creatures, but otherwise take no actions.
The summoned skeletons disappear if you lose concentration, dismiss them (you can use a bonus action to dismiss a single skeleton or up to all of them) or if they are reduced to 0 HP.
Statistics for the skeletons are in the Dungeon Master's Guide, the basic rules or can be provided by your Dungeon Master.
At higher levels: When you use a spell slot of 2nd level or higher you can summon up to an additional 2 skeletons for every level above 1st.
