The caster sends forth with a low pinging sound a rippling wave of dead Weave energy in a 20’ radius. Any spell of 9th level or lower in the area of effect ends immediately. All creatures within the area of effect except the caster must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or become disjoined from the Weave, and any magical items they are carrying become also become disjoined from the Weave. Any creature re-entering the area of effect must succeed again to avoid becoming disjoined. Whilst the spell is in effect, no spell may be cast from within its area of effect and no spell effect can enter the area either. Unattended magical items must also make a saving throw, using their rarity classification as bonus for the save (e.g. common +1, uncommon +2, etc.). A magical item that fails this save becomes disjoined from the Weave.

Disjoined creatures cannot cast any spells or activate any magical abilities or magic items. Any attunement to magical items ends. A creature may repeat the save at the start of their next turn to regain their ability to use magical items that are not disjoined, or cast spells.

Disjoined objects become mundane, losing all magical properties until the spell ends. If the item is attuned to someone, the attunement ends as well. If the caster maintains their concentration on this spell for the full duration, any affected magical items lose their link to the Weave and become mundane permanently.

A target's magic/spell resistance, if any, does not halt/prevent this spell. When the caster’s concentration ends for whatever reason, the caster must succeed against its own spell save DC or become disjoined from the Weave. The duration of this lasts until the end of one long rest per point they failed the saving throw by.
