- You gain a flight and walking speed of 90.
- You have advantage on attack rolls that you make with simple and martial weapons.

You ignore this benefit if you already have a feature, like Extra Attack, that gives you extra attacks. you may use one of your attacks to instead cast another non concentration spell twice during this transformation.
