You create a small trinket at a point you can see within range. This trinket can be no bigger than a 6-inch cube, and is made out of your choice of wood, brass, bronze, copper, iron, steel, or cloth. This trinket has no monetary value when inspected at any range. You may also select up to two of the following traits for the trinket to have:
Ringing. The trinket has something within it that makes a mechanical sound when shaken, which can be heard from 45 feet away.
Sharp. The trinket has a bladed edge which can be used to cut things. A creature can use this trinket as an unimprovised dagger.
Shiny. The trinket is abnormally shiny, and casts bright light out to a radius of 10 feet as long as the trinket itself is already in dim or bright light.
Warm. One part of the trinket is warm to the touch. While a creature is holding the trinket in one hand, they have advantage on saving throws against taking cold damage.
Cold. One part of the trinket is cold to the touch. While a creature is holding the trinket in one hand, they have advantage on saving throws against taking levels of exhaustion.
Amplifying. This trinket has a lens through which things far away can be seen more easily. A creature using the lens has advantage on Perception checks made to percieve creatures that are at least 100 feet away.
Perpetual. This trinket has a mechanism that moves continually in a mesmerizing pattern. A creature can use its action to stop or start its motion.
The trinket has AC 11 and 1 hit point. The trinket vanishes when the spell ends or if it drops to 0 hit points.
