Base Class: Monk
A practishioner of the way of the flow is able to sense and manipulate the flows of energy and matter that surround them.
With a flick of a hand or a swap of the hips they can redirect the flows of energy away and around them
they are the masters of movement and redirection of the energies of the material world
Flowing Hands Technique
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you may extract Ki energy from that enemy and replenish your own ki upto a maximum equal to half your proficiency rounded up.
This feature can be used a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifer per short rest,
Drawing the Ki
Starting at 3rd level
As part of a succsessful attack action the Monk may attempt to Draw the Ki from their target to fortify their own life energy.
For a cost of 1 Ki they can attempt to draw half the damage they deal in their turn into them selves as healing energy,
the taget must make one Constitution save throw on a successful save the Monk gains no healing
DC = 8 + Prof + WIS
This can be used a number of times equal to the monks proficiency bonus per short rest.
Controlling the flows
Being able to focus the energy of their ki to a tiny point or expand it to a redirecting suggestion, the practisioner can spend Ki points into a projectile increasing its range and damage, or they can spend those Ki to try and redirect an attack they can see within 30ft away from its target.
Chaneling your ki into a ranged monk or improvised weapon you can give it a boost to lauch it further and hit harder
Using your ki you can attampt to inhibit an creature from making a successful attack reducing their to-hit roll by 1 roll of your martial arts die.
At higher level the guiding ki can be used to help an ally to land a hit.
Advanced Focused Acceleration
Being able to focus the energy of their ki to a sheathing point or expand it to a , the practisioner can spend Ki points into a projectile increasing its range and damage, as monk weapons they use the monk martial arts damage or the weapon damage roll.
For eack 1 ki add 20/40 ft to the projectile range bands and add 2 to the damage done. This can only affect Monk ranged or improvised weapons.
Advanced Redirecting suggestion
Focusing the energy of ki into a guiding stroke they can spend 1 Ki to try and redirect an attack they can see within 30ft made by an ally towards its target.
A burst of Ki energy strokes the ally's hand, foot and or face in a way that firms their attack adding 1 martial arts die to the attack roll.
Focused acceleration
Focused acceleration: Being able to focus the energy of their ki to a sheathing point or expand it to a , the practisioner can spend Ki points into a projectile increasing its range and damage, as monk weapons they use the monk martial arts damage or the weapon damage roll.
For eack 1 ki add 10/20 ft to the projectile range bands and add 1 to the damage done. This can only affect Monk ranged or improvised weapons.
Redirecting suggestion
Redirecting suggestion: focusing the energy of ki into a guiding stroke they can spend 1 Ki to try and redirect an attack they can see within 30ft away from its target.
A burst of Ki energy strokes the attackers hand, foot and or face in a way that deflects their attack minusing 1 martial arts die from the attack roll.
Flow of the Body
At 6th level, you gain the ability to shield yourself in a cloak of flowing energy.
As a reaction, you can spend 2 ki points to increase your Armor class by your Wisdom modifier until the end of your next turn and increase your Dexterity Save by your dexterity modifier
This can be used a number of times per long rest equal to your proficency
Flows of Tranquility
Beginning at 11th level, you gain a number of Martial Arts Die equal to your proficency that can be used at will to incease or decrease the physical affects through the use of Ki

Integration of Ki
At 17th Level. You and Ki are one, Ki wraps your body and soal, you can impose disadvantage on all attacks for the next minute and have advantage on all save throws.
As an action the monk can spend 4 Ki and sheath themselves in a cloak of Ki energy making it hard to see and hit them , all attacks for the next minute are with disadvantage
They are considered unseen for spells.
When the monk is required to make a save throw they can spend 1 ki point to make that save with Advantage.
When a stunning strike is made the monk can spend an additional 2 Ki points to add the Dexterity Modifier to the DC (8 + WIS + Prof + DEX)
