Base Class: Cleric
To be reborn as an angel, Clerics of the Domain climb to the top of a mountain known as Osengal and meditate for ten days and nights, without food or water. They persist knowing that the Dragon God will keep them alive until it is time to be reborn.
Bonus Proficiency
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with heavy armor.
Angel's Gift
Also starting at 1st level, you can gift others using Blessing Points, of which you have two. You gain a Blessing Point at every level after this one. Starting at 1st level you may expend one Blessing Point to give you or an ally an angelic aura along with wings. They gain a flight speed of 45 and get +2 to their AC and attack damage rolls.
Channel Divinity: Preserve Life
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to heal the badly injured.
As an action, you expend one Blessing Point and evoke healing energy that can restore a number of hit points equal to five times your cleric level. Choose any creatures within 30 feet of you, and divide those hit points among them. This feature can restore a creature to no more than half of its hit point maximum. You can’t use this feature on an undead or a construct.
Strike Guided by the Heavens
Beginning at 6th level, you may expend one Blessing Point at any time to give advantage to an attack roll made by a creature or player you can see. The attack also gains +3 to damage, and when it hits, you gain advantage on your next ability check or attack roll.
Divine Strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
True Dragonform
Starting at 17th level, when you would normally expend a blessing point to grant a heavenly aura to you or an ally, instead, they or you become a glowing avatar of the Dragon God. This avatar lasts for two rounds and gives the recipient +3 to attack and damage rolls, 20 AC, and 60 feet flying speed. They also have resistance to all damage types.

Posted Nov 7, 2023I would recommend putting a 30 min time limit + some big downside once it wears off.

Posted Apr 6, 2022RAW it appears the blessing points at 1st level have no time limit for wings and AC increase. Other than that seems cool
