Base Class: Warlock
Those who seek power from The Queen of Chaos tend to be rebellious spirits, embodying the nature of chaos to both give good and bad in equal amounts. Like the Queen herself, those she deems to give power to embody the balance of chaos and control.
Those who attempt to steal power from the Queen do so with caution, attempting to outmaneuver and outwit the Chaotic Queen, though always seeming one step behind. However, perhaps their actions are guided by luck, or perhaps she seeks to see what will become of them, either way you managed to steal away just a small spark of her power to keep for your own.
Additional Spells
When you choose this Subclass, You gain additional spells at certain levels. These spells are known to you, but do not count against your known spells.

Twisted Spellslinging
Starting at the first level when you choose this subclass, when you cast a spell that does one of the following damage types, you can, as a bonus action, transmute that spell into cold damage. Fire, acid, lightning, thunder, or poison.This ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and resets on long rest.
Blessings of the Chaos
Starting at the 6th level, you have resistance to cold damage, and ignore difficult terrain and debilitating effects from cold weather.
The Gift of Flight
Starting at the 10th level, you can use a bonus action to produce a pair of spectral wings, which looks to be made out of ice. These wings last for 1 minute, you are incapacitated, or die and grant you a flight speed of 40 feet. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier.
Chaos Queen's Favor
Starting at 14th level, once per short rest, when you would be damaged by a cold damage, you can use your reaction to instead gain immunity to cold damage until the end of your next turn. While you have immunity in such a way, you heal equal to half the damage you would normally take. Once use, this feature cant be used again until you complete a long rest,
At 17th level, you can use this feature twice per long rest.
