Base Class: Monk
Focused on damage and big hits, these monks are keen combatants that are always ready to end the fight in one.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill and Athletics skills if you don’t already have it. Your martial arts technique mixes your combat training and you knowledge of the natural form.
Brutal technique
At 3rd level, you learn how to lock and strike soft anatomy as part of your Flurry of Blows. Whenever you use use your flurry of blows, you can choose to forgo one of your attacks to gain advantage on the other strike. Additionally the critical hit range for this strike increases by 1 (19-20).
Advanced Footwork
Starting at 6th level, you learn to predict and counter you enemies. You gain the following benefits.
Back away. When a creature ends their turn within 5 feet of you, you may use your reaction to move up to 10 feet away without provoking opportunity attacks from that creature
Redirect Attack. When a creature misses you with a melee attack roll, you can spend 1 ki point as a reaction to cause that attack to hit one creature of your choice, other than the attacker, that you can see within the melee range of the attacker.
Quickened Reflexes
Starting at 11th level, you’ve honed your awareness and reflexes through mental aptitude and pattern recognition. Once per turn, if you’ve already taken your reaction, you may spend 1 Ki point to take an additional reaction. You can only make 1 additional reaction per round.
additionally you may make a reaction attack, when a hostile creature enters your melee range.
Debilitating Blow
At 17th level, you gain the ability to make even more powerful strikes. When you hit a creature using your Brutal technique, you can spend 3 Ki points to make a second brutal technique attack, additionally if this second attack hits the target must make a strength saving throw or be knocked prone and have their speed lowered to 0 until the start of your next turn.
