Monk
Base Class: Monk

You have practiced for many years in order to become one with nature and mend your mind with the flow of the elements. After finding the peace you were looking for, though, it just so happened that you realized that this is not always an option. It's time for the spirits of the elements to show the world what nature is capable of. With their aid, weapons will become just a toy you used to care for.

Bridge Between Worlds

Years of training have led up to this point. Starting at 3rd level, you have learned to connect yourself with some of the spirits from their realm using what you call the bridge. You can use the bridge by spending ki points, in order to grant yourself a tiny amount of the elemental spirits' powers.

You will have to choose one different damage type for each of your currently available bridge features. Your choices are bludgeoning, cold, fire,  lightning and thunder damage. You may exchange the damage types of the features after you finish a long rest.

Also, the dice used for these bridge features are called bridge dice and at 3rd level are d4s, at 6th level they are d6s, at 12th level they are d8s and at 18th level they are d10s.

Wilding Claws

After you use your Flurry of Blows feature, you may choose to spend 1 more ki point. If you do, for each unarmed strike of the feature, you deal a bonus 1 bridge die of the chosen damage type if it hits, the attack is considered magical, you instead add double your proficiency bonus to hit and you can use Wisdom instead of Strength or Dexterity for the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes.

Iron Mantle

After you use your Patient Defense feature, you may choose to spend 1 more ki point. If you do, whenever an attack hits you that turn, the damage dealt will be reduced by 1 bridge die, and whenever an attack misses you that turn, you will gain 1 bridge die Hp. You also gain resistance to the chosen damage type for that turn.

Wingborn Storm

After you use your Step of the Wind feature, you may choose to spend 1 more ki point. If you do, you create a 10-foot radius elemental sphere centered on you. Each target of your choice that is inside this radius, either when you use this feature or when you move the effective radius to them, is dealt 1 bridge die of the chosen damage type. A target that has already taken damage by this feature, cannot take more in the same turn. Also, your jumping speed in tripled, instead of doubled.

Bonus Proficiencies

You become, if not already proficient in the Wisdom (Animal Handling) and the Intelligence (Nature) skills.

Ferocious Stampede

After you use your Stunning Strike feature, you may choose to spend 1 more ki point. If you do so, the target is dealt an additional 1 bridge die of the chosen damage type and gains disadvantage on the Constitution saving throw.

Elemental Guidance

Starting at 6th level, whenever you have to make a saving throw, you can spend 1 ki point before rolling for it. If you do so, you may add your bridge die to the roll.

Spiritual Mind

Starting at 11th level, you can enter a meditation state in which you consult the spirits of the elements themselves. You can choose to begin meditating at any point you can for which time you will be considered unconscious. If you do so for at least 30 minutes you gain the effect of a singular guidance until you finish a long rest.

Aid of the Spirits

Starting at 11th level, you have gained the trust and respect of the elemental spirits and so, you are able to ask them for aid in combat and harness that help to form a powerful ally. You are able to cast the Summon Elemental and the Conjure Elemental spells. You can do so by using as many ki points as the level you want to cast them at and, also, you don't need any material components to cast the spell.

Elemental Soul

Starting at 17th level, the elemental spirits have granted you a place in their unique spiritual realm and they have also enhanced your body to endure harm's way. Your body becomes slightly transparent as your spirit ascends beyond the simple material realm. You also gain resistance to psychic damage and when you die, your soul and mind travel to the previously mentioned spiritual realm.

Also, after you use one of your bridge features, you can choose to spend 2 additional ki points to enhance them. If you do so, double the bridge dice used for the effect and convert all the damage types dealt to the chosen damage type of this bridge feature. If the feature gives you resistance you also gain resistance for the same time in the same, chosen damage type.
