Monks of the Way of the Sting have trained to make precision an art and nimbleness an every day thing, they study the body and the energies that can exist in it and learn the skills necessary for anything with a body to rightfully fear and respect them 

Ki Blocking Technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to see the pressure points of any creatures, you can spend 3 ki points at the start of your turn when you attack a creature with unarmed strikes, once you have hit the creature an amount equal to their constitution modifier they become incapacitated, the effect can still happen if you hit the creature through multiple rounds always and when you haven't attack any other creature

After a round the creature can do a constitution saving throw at the start of their turn to break out of the condition, they can do so multiple times if they fail the condition lasts an amount of turns equal to half their constitution modifier (minimum of one)

Nimble Precision

Beginning at 6th level, you have mastered your way to give precise hits while dodging and deflecting attacks,  when you are not wearing armor or shield your AC gets and extra 5 plus your dexterity modifier  your proficiency bonus gets a plus 6 bonus

Your unarmed strike gets an extra dice, and it will get another at level 11 and 17

Sharpened Vision

At 11th level, after many battles your eyesight has surpassed it's natural limits to allow you to see others weaknesses more clearly, this means that now you:

  • Can see through objects 
  • Have a 360° vision 
  • Have advantage on perception rolls that depend on sight 
  • You can't be surprised while you are awake and aren't blinded 

 

Acupuncture

At 17th level, you have gain the ability to once per long rest press your pressure points in a way that releases the blocked power within you, while this feature is active you regain the ki points you expended before it's activation, your speed is doubled, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, you advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and it gains an additional action on each of its turns. That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action.
