As a Z fighter you have been trained to use your ki to perform powerful techniques. 

Ki techniques

You can convert your ki into energy used to perform powerful techniques. You get three techniques at 3rd level and two more at 11th and 17th level. You can only gain certain techniques if you are at a high enough level. All techniques are treated as spells and you spellcasting ability is dexterity. 

3rd level: ka-mi-ma-mumu, special drill beam, after image, wolf pop fist, flight, galaxy gun

11th level: kaio-what?, final blast, instant teleport

17th level: unity bomb, true instinct, super ka-mi-ma-mumu

Ka-mi-ma-mumu: costs 1 ki point and your action. You focus ki into your hands and unleash a powerful beam. The beam is a 30ft×5ft line that deals 1D6 radiant damage. You can spend extra ki points to add 1D4 force damage per extra point.

Special drill beam: costs 3 ki points and your action. You focus ki into your fingers and fire a 40ft×5ft beam that does 2×D6 piercing damage.

After image. Costs 1 ki point and your bonus action. You can move so fast that there appears to be two of you. All attack rolls against you have disadvantage this round.

Wolf pop fist: Costs 2 ki points and your action. Perform an unarmed strike that does double damage

Flight: costs 2 ki points. Cast fly.

Galaxy gun: costs 2 ki points and your action. Charge a purple beam that shoots in a 30ft×5ft line and does 3D4 force damage.

Kaio-what: costs 1-10 ki points and your bonus action. Multiply the damage you deal as well as the damage dealt to you by double the amount of ki points used for this technique.

Final blast: costs 5 ki points and your action. Use all your power to shoot a 30ft×10ft cone that deals 3D6 force damage.

Instant teleport: costs 2 ki points and all of your movement. Teleport any where within a 100ft radius or to any creature that has ki you can sense.

Unity bomb: Costs your action. Your allies send you there energy in the form of HP. This technique takes 1 round to charge and is used as your action for the next round. Add 1D4 of damage per 3 HP given by your allies. The attack is a 70ft that you throw in the direction of the target. This technique always hits its target

Super ka-mi-ma-mumu: costs 3 ki points and your action. A large more powerful ka-mi-ma-mumu. Shoots a 50ft×10ft line that deals 3D6 force damage. You can spend extra ki points to add 1D6 per 2 ki points spent. 

True instinct: costs 8 ki points and your bonus action. Your mastery of ki and martial arts allows you to acts purely on instinct. All attacks made against you have disadvantage and you gain +10 to your attack rolls for 5 rounds. 

Ki sense

All living creatures have ki energy inside them. You can sense the ki of an creature in a 1 mile radius. Every individuals ki is different meaning you can recognize anyone you are familiar with. You also can detect anyone using the stealth skill.
