Monk
Base Class: Monk

Deep within the mountains of Eikos stands an old monastery, lost to time itself, or so that was thought. Recently a mass migration of Giants of all different classes had been seen flocking towards the mountains, to this specific monastery itself. With time and effort, they had rebuilt this monastery to fit the needs of it's new massive inhabitants, and, they have opened their doors to all who are curious.

Long hours of prayer, meditation and intense training have led you to this point, to finally undergo the necessary training to start on your path to becoming one with the Quaking Step teachings. During this training, you will be taught by seven distinct teachers, each one holding different values and views on combat and how it flows through the battlefield, and depending on who you resonate with the most, you will be able to embody their forms slightly as you learn and grow within this tradition.

Earth Moving Steps

3rd-Level Way of the Quaking Step Feature

Infusing your body with the strength of Giants into your training, you infuse their strength and element into your fist, as well as gaining the following features:

Giant's Might. If you fail a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check, you can use your reaction to reroll the check, as you tap into the mighty presence of Giants. Once this feature turns a failure into a success, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

Quaking Step. When you damage a target with an unarmed strike, you can change the damage type to acid, poison, cold, fire, force, lightning, thunder, or necrotic.

Booming Voice. You learn to speak, read, and write Giant or one other language of your choice, and you also gain access to either [Mold Earth] or [Thaumaturgy]

Giant's Stature

3rd-Level Way of The Quaking Step Feature

Channeling the devastating might of giants into your body, you can increase your size to Large and bolstering your defenses accordingly, gaining dense calloused muscle to shrug off a multitude of blows, along with increasing your blows to accompany the increased size and might that you now exude.

At 11th level, the damage of this feature increases to two rolls of your Martial Arts die.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. While you have no uses available, you can spend 2 ki points to use this feature again.

A Stone's Throw

6th-Level Way of The Quaking Step Feature

While in your Giant's Stature feature, you can pick up a rock, increasing it's size and throw it as a bonus action, dealing your martial arts die as damage, as well as the damage from your Quaking Step ancestry.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Giant's Resilience

11th-Level Way of The Quaking Step Feature

The natural fortitude of Giants has come through via your training, allowing you to bolster your own in times of great need. You gain resistance to a damage type determined by the Giant that you embody during your transformation and outside of it, and you can use a Reaction to add your Wisdom modifier to your Strength or Constitution Saving throws.

Giant's Resilience. During your transformation, as a Reaction you can add your Wisdom modifier to your Strength or Constitution Saving throws, potentially turning a failure into a success. Expending 1 ki point to do so.

Boulder Toss. When you use A Stone's Throw, you can spend 1 ki point to augment its shape and power. The stone grows in size, and with it's increased size it can now hit creatures within 5 feet of the intended target, if the attack roll made meets or beats the Armor Class of the surrounding creatures, they take 1d10 of the damage type given by your Giant teacher.

Annam's All Seeing Eyes. You gain truesight out to 10 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn’t behind total cover, even if you’re blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature within that range, unless the creature successfully hides from you.

All Father's Strength. When you activate your Giant's Stature, your size increases to either Large or Huge, and the damage you deal from this feature increases by one more die.
