Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the Way of the Samurai are masters in the arts of simple and martial combat, whether armed or unarmed. They study techniques to be proficient with various weapons, harness their inner ki to have more effective punches, and be able to meditate at an intense level.

Weapon Adept

Starting when this tradition is chosen at the 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the longsword and one other martial weapon lacking heavy and two-handed properties. Both of these weapons now become monk weapons for you, so you can use your dexterity modifier instead of strength for attack rolls. You also are rewarded a free feat and can choose from Weapon Master, Polearm Master, and Mobile.

Fists of Fury

Beginning at the 6th level, you gain the ability to fuel your unarmed strikes with the power of ki. You can now spend one ki point to make three unarmed strikes as a bonus action for Flurry of Blows. You can use this feature once every time it is your turn in combat, but you must finish a short or long rest after combat before using this feature again.

Trancension

At the 11th level, you may use an action to transcend or become one above all others. You fall into a deep meditation, and your glowing aura provides you with immunity to all damage and spell effects. You cannot be affected by anything or anyone, yet you cannot move or attack anybody. This action does not affect your hit points, and it counts as a short and/or long rest, so you regain all expended ki points and ability uses. If any enemy steps inside your aura (10 ft. radius), they must immediately take 4d10 radiant damage. This meditation lasts for as long as you want, and can harmlessly be ended without an action. Finishing a long rest gives you the capability to use this feature again.

BONUS: When you are reduced to 0 hit points or less, you may spend 2 ki points to regain hit points equal to 1/4 of your maximum hit points. (You don't need to use an action for this and you don't need to use this feature)

Outburst

At the 17th level, you can create a burst of ki. As an action, you may spend ki points to make this effect. The burst has a range of 120 ft. in radius, and anybody within the range will be affected. Any enemy in the range must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the enemy will immediately be reduced to zero hit points, and they will take 12d12 radiant damage on a successful save. This feature is available once per short or long rest.

BONUS 1: If an enemy fails on their saving throw, you may also choose to redirect that damage to another foe of your liking.

BONUS 2: You have advantage on all attack rolls and you deal an extra 2d12 radiant damage on all of your attacks until the end of combat after using this feature.
