Monk
Base Class: Monk

You've been raised in a strict but honourable monastery, with extremily tough training procedures, designed to break the body and hone the mind, giving you enhanced bodily fortitude and a disciplined mind.

Body of steel

When you take this subclass at 3rd level, your body hones in on your natural offensive and defensive capabilities. Granting you the following benifits.

  1. You've spend years training your arms and legs to take extreme damage, giving you a +1 to AC and resistance to bludgeoning damage.
  2. You've spend countless summers and winters facing the elements with your grit alone, giving you proficiency on survival checks.
  3. You've trained your fingers and nails into claws, allowing you to choose slashing damage when doing unarmed strikes.
  4. You've learnt to react with impeccable timing, granting you advantage on any attacks you make with your reaction.

Kinetic Ferocity

Starting at 3rd level, you can use your focus to enhance your physical abilities in the following ways.

Kinetic Push. On a hit, you can expend a focus point to launch a large or smaller creature 15ft away from you. This does not grant you opportunity attacks, but does to Allies if they are in range when the target creature is pushed back.

Focused Fury. When taking the attack action at the start of your turn, you can use a focus point to gain advantage on all attacks that turn.

Amplified Focus

Starting at 3rd level, the focus in your body is amplified and enhanced, allowing you to add your proficiency bonus to your total focus point count.

Infused energy

Starting at 6th level, you can spend a focus point to infuse your passion of the fight into your attacks. When you do this, firey ignitions or cold vaporous mist emanates from your fists and feet, allowing you to add 2 martial arts die worth of fire or cold damage to an attack. (Your choice).

At 10th level, you can spend an additional focus point to do an additional martial die of damage.

Efficieny body

Starting at 6th level, the control you have over the focus in your body allows you to channel it to areas of weakness to strengthen yourself. Whenever you or an ally heals you, double your wisdom modifier and add that number to the HP gained.

Battle Brawler

Starting at 11th level, your accuracy and battle prowess are exceptional, granting you the following fighting techniques.

Brutal Knock Out.  Your unarmed strikes carry the potential power to knock out your enemies. On a hit, you can spend 2 focus points to attempt a knock out strike on an enemy, forcing them to make a constitution saving throw against your Focus save DC. If a target fails the save, they are knocked unconscious for 1 minute and fall prone, but can repeat the save at the end of their turn. If they succeed the save, you only expend 1 focus point.

Spinning Heel Strike. You utilise your manouverability and dexterity to preform incredible feats of acrobatics. Expending 15ft of movement, you can use up to 3 focus points to build centripetal force behind a kick with up to 3 spins. Each spin adds a martial art die worth of damage to the attack and forces a target to make a strength saving throw against your Focus point DC. If a target fails you knock them prone and do an additional martial die of damage.

You can do these techniques a number of times equal to your dexterity modifier which refreshes on a long rest.

Forced Critical

At 17th level, your ability to focus on devastating attacks combined with your ferocious battle prowess grants you the ability to force massive amounts of damage onto a select attack. Three times per long rest, you can spend 3 focus points to turn a normal hit into a critical. When you do this, a target must make a CON save against your Focus save DC. If they fail you knock the target back 15ft, and then they fall prone.
